The adolescents are targeted, because of their underdeveloped prefrontal cortexes (and no, this is still NOT their faults), and these gangs zoomed in on these younger generations' needs to belong, and that's why, they're, targeted, and they start off on their lives of crime earlier on in life…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Suspects Took the Adolescent Girls Against Their Will, Beaten Them, Took Their Photos Nude, Three Adolescent Girls Were Pimped, to the Point of "Going Crazy", Five Members of the Hong-Jen Chapter Were Taken into Custody
The chairperson, Chen of the Bamboo Thento's Hong-Jen Chapter's Sanxia branch operated a tattoo parlor, was suspected of forcibly taking in middle school age girls and selling them for sex, beaten them, used the tasers to tase them, to abuse, and forcibly shot their nudes, there were the victims who'd attempted suicide multiple times. The Hsinbei D.A.'s Office instructed the investigative bureau, and arrested twelve suspects, and found there to be at least three adolescent girls who were victimized, and, charged the suspects on sextortion prevention laws against adolescents and children, the Hsinbei District Courts mandated Chen and four other suspects into police custody.
The police investigated, the twenty-nine-year-old Chen originally was the head of the chapter Fu-Tang of the Four Seas, and had been investigated for drug trafficking and illegally taking the providers of the account names to be used for the scams against their will. He was transferred to the Sanxia branch of the gang, and started a tattoo parlor as a front of the gang's meeting location, to get the men who'd come into the shop to get their tattoos as gang members, and the adolescents as the hitters, beginning in May, through the twenty-one-year-old Chien, he'd started offering discounts for the tattoos or free room and board to the young girls, to get them to sell for sex.
the problems of the teenage years from a neurological, angle, diagram from online
Chen and his gang members on FB, IG, and the online forums and other website posted the ads, using the IG and WeChat to contact the male johns, the adolescent girls were chauffeured by the regular gang members to the motels, at the price of $12,000N.T. for three hours per time, which had all been paid to the gang.
Three middle school girls of ages fourteen to fifteen, had been pimped out two, three times per day, and when they'd run or refused to get pimped out, they would be locked up against their will in the tattoo parlor, getting beaten by bare hands by the men, tasered, or getting hit with the hot glue sticks, burned with the cigarettes, or shot with the BB gun bullets, glass bullets, and stripped to have their nudes taken. After three adolescents were rescued out, they were placed by the social workers, one of the victims had attempted suicide multiple times, claimed, "I'm going CRAZY", "My life is ruined!"
Another gang member, Chen wanted out, and was extorted half a million dollar for the silence fees, and in July this year, he'd received the words of another regular gang member that "our boss won't come after you anymore", he'd returned back to the tattoo parlor, and gotten beaten and taken into custody, forced to sign a half million dollars debt slip, and had his right thigh hacked open by a machete.
The Detective Agency and the Hsinbei Police were reported, on the nineth, they'd taken Chen and eleven others into custody, and after they'd confiscated the cell phones, the authorities found recordings of an adolescent girl and the younger gang members being tortured. Chen claimed that he'd only provided the location, that all the violence was done by the gang members, but the gangsters all testified, that they were, following his orders.
After the interrogations, the police charged all six suspects on child and adolescent sextortion, organized crime, assault, obstruction of freedom, threats, the Hsinbei D.A.'s Office had six suspects into custody, the other three were out on bails of $100,000N.T. each, the three adolescent gang members sent to juvenile court to be tried; the courts mandated Chen and four of the suspects to be taken into custody, and one of them was allowed to be out of bail of $50,000N.T.s.
And this, is still just how easily, these teens fall victim to gang related activities, because they had underdeveloped prefrontal cortexes, and because they are desperately in search of that sense of belonging, that's why, they became, easy targets for these, gangs, besides, they're all, disposables to these organized crime groups.
