This IS, how SURVIVAL of the FITTEST is working now, and by being the "fit", you have to have the money, and if you don't, then, you DESEERVE to D-I-E off, because you can't afford the heat during the cold hard winters, and the winters are going to get, colder by the years, as that is, the "side effect" of global warming, and, you CAN'T live, if you don't have enough money, to pay for the electricity to RUN the needed VENTILATORS that you're hooked on, to help you NOT D-I-E too, so, this is, an alternative version of the SURVIVAL of the FITTEST that we're about, to "enter into" right now…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Other than impacting the operations of the enterprises, and the ability to make a living for the ordinary citizens, it'd also, diminished the capacity for the country's economical, growth, and so, the CNAIC recommended the government to NOT adjust the cost of electricity in the next, few, year's time.

The usage charges of the various levels of uses are set to rises, anywhere from three-percent to ten-percent, and, the residential usage fees will get to as high as eight dollars N.T. per degree. Those who live in social housing suggested, that there's the need for the air-conditioning to be running, with the hikes of the costs of electricity, and the summer months' adjusted, rates, it would cause them to have even more economical pressures, and so, the group hoped that the government can give the reimbursements, to help them lower the costs of electricity they're, set to, pay during the summer months.
On the other side, after the adjustments of the costs of electricity had been set, the medical realm stated that "they can't make it"; as for the affects, "the larger the hospitals, the less of an effect, the smaller-scaled the hospitals, the bigger", and so, the medical professionals hoped, that the government can freeze the rising rates of electricity for these medical treatment centers, or to list the medical centers into the budgeting to help make up for the lacking.
The above messages made me think, of how several years ago, when my father came to stay at home, and was in need of a ventilator to run 24/7. Back then, we live in the urban areas, when we turned on the ventilators, the entire apartment felt like it was on fire, although we'd not used the air-conditioning, our electricity bills always were, too, high. After the hikes, these who are in need of these electricity-powered medical machines, who can't afford to pay, will have it, even, harder, those who are physically handicapped, who are relying on the electric wheelchair, those who are in need of the ventilators, will have to pay an even, higher, electricity, bill.

Anyway, the hikes of costs in electricity, will cause the cost of living needs, to get to an all-time high. To, help reduce the burdens of economics for those on the lower end of the socioeconomic statuses, I hope that the government can give the reimbursements in provisions of the ventilators, the electric wheelchairs, and other machines needed to keep these, individuals, alive.
And so, this is, a perfect time for the LAW of EVOLUTION to work ITS, magic, only, this time, it is NOT running on who eats who, but who CAN, afford electricity, and, with the summers getting hotter by the year, and the reopening of Nuclear FOUR not gotten passed (due to DDP manipulations of the voters???), we are, all going to, get so totally, BURNED in the summers, and, how many of us will, make it through the summer, with the colder, harsher winters, heading our, ways, how many of us, will, SURVIVE???
