This is, what you get, for showing off your money, your, wealth, and there's still NO victims in this case, only abuser and enabler still, and this is a problem in the, teenage, years too! Assault charges on teenagers here, on crime and punishment, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The thirteen-year-old adolescent, Hsiao was taken against his will two days ago around midnight by eight males and one female to a temple of the Guardian of the Land, and was beaten by fists, kicked, and the process of the physical attack had been captured by cell phone, and streamed live; afterwards, the teen, Hsiao went to the police with his grandmother by his side, accused that his attackers also, took away the over $30,000N.T. he had on him, as well as his cell phone too. The nine suspects who were called by the police said that they didn't commit robbery, and the video footage showed that no money had been taken from the victim, the police charged the adolescents on obstructions of freedom and assault, etc., etc., they're currently still chasing the leads.
The police investigations found, that two nights ago at around midnight, Hsiao went to find a friend, was taken by Tsai and other adolescents to a land guardian's temple on Taiping Road, the nine used the excuses of how they were able to borrow money from Hsiao before, and started beaten on him, kicking him, and belted him, or used the shoes or other objects to assault Hsiao's head, torso, causing the victim to sustain multiple contusions; during the time of Hsiao being attacked, the female took the video of the assault, and passed it among her friends.
and here's, the biological cause of this violence...from online
At four in the morning that same day, Hsiao reported the incident to the police with his grandmother and an attorney present by his side. The adolescent told, that his grandmother would give him extra for allowances, that he'd invited the friends online to sing karaoke, to hang, that was how he'd met his, attackers; if someone needed some cash, he would, lent it to them no questions asked. On the day he was assaulted, he just, got a little over $30,000N.T. that his friend borrowed from him, but after he was attacked, his cash, his cell phone had been, taken from him, he'd suspected that his attackers including Tsai had, taken the cash and the phone.
The police then arrested the teens who'd been involved including Tsai, seven other males, and a female, of the group, two were nineteen, the rest, underage minors; later, the police found the missing cell phone of Hsiao's on one of the teens involved in the attack, but didn't find the cash, and the nine perps also, denied having taken the money.
The police used the filmed footage as evidence, found that the eight males had committed the crimes of assault, obstruction of freedom, obstruction of social order, sent them to the Taichung Juvenile Court and the Taichung D.A.'s Office, and they are clarifying if robbery was involved. As for the woman who was filming the attack, she broke the law on the welfare protection of children and adolescents, which is applicable for the fines of anywhere between $60,000N.T.s to $600,000N.T.s, the police had reported this to the city government to determine how much she would be, fined.
And so, this teen felt the need to show off his cash, and got robbed and, beaten, because his prefrontal cortex hadn't developed fully yet, which meant, he couldn't possibly foresee the outcomes of his own behaviors of, showing off, and the other guys probably felt pissed, that he was, showing off how much money he got, and, got angered by it, and, assaulted him.
