Another case of POLICE BRUTALITY, and how many had there been again??? Oh, I lost COUNT, and this SHIT is still going to continue, because those in their police uniforms think that because they're in uniforms, they're, higher than the rest of us, therefore, they can, abuse their powers as the police, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Officer Identified Himself, and Arrest the Peerson, the Person Didn't Fight Back but the Officer Continued Assaulting Him Hsinbei District Court: the Arresting Officer's Behavior Had Severely, REDUCED the Trust of the People in the Police Department
The patrol officers of Sanchong Substation of Hsinbei Police Department, Weng, two years ago one night in September went to his jurisdiction to arrest a man who's escaped, and misidentified the parachute military retiree, Huang as the man he was trying to arrest, without identifying himself as the police, nor asking the man's identity, he'd arrested him using physical violence, the two are suing each other for assault charges. The district court of Hsinbei yesterday found the officer, Weng guilty of abusing his power as a police officer, criminal intent, and opportunistic crime, and assault, sentenced him to five months, and he was also mandated to serve ten days in police custody, the ten days he could pay his way out of, Huang was not found guilty.

The Sanchong Substation stated yesterday, that they'd accepted and respected the results of the trial. Huang, the victim told, that he was very grateful for the attorney and the justice reform association who fought for his case, and grateful for the justice for reviewing the facts thoroughly, to give him his innocence back. The Hsinbei D.A.'s Office told, that they will discuss if they will appeal after they'd received the written verdict in the mail.
The legal experts stated, that Weng was found guilty of the aggravated assault related to his public office position, that he can't pay his way out of serving time, but because he was given a sentence of less than six months, in the end, he may do the voluntary services, and not needed to serve any time in prison.
The verdict stated, close to nine in the evening on September 20th two years ago, Weng and his coworker, Jiang were in plain clothes, headed to Zhuwei Street of Sanchong to get ready to arrest a convicted felon who'd escaped, Lee, and misrecognized Huang as Lee, the men were in plain clothes, didn't show their badges, and placed Huang under arrest, in the physical confrontation between Weng and Hang, the two fell onto the parked scooters to the side, both were injured.
After Weng and Jiang had subdued Huang, Weng knew that Huang had been, subdued, and still continued attacking him, used pepper spray, causing Huang to sustain multiple injuries on his head, thorax, right eyelid, and in the process of the arrest, the two officers cussed Huang out. After Huang was taken to the station, and verified that he wasn't the escaped convict, Weng dragged Huang who was still cuffed to the restroom, to rinse out his eyes, this was another charge of forced behaviors.
The Collectivist Courts found, that Weng as a law enforcement official, should know the law better, and knowing, that other than enforcing the law as an officer, the police is also responsible for protecting the people from brutality from the police, that his behaviors had severely damaged the trust that people have of the law enforcement officials of the country.
And so, even AFTER the man's been IDENTIFIED as NOT the man with the arrest warrant, an ESCAPED convict, the police still, behaved so barbaric toward him, and this, is the ABUSE of POWER, like how the case of Floyd, or the woman who taught the drums, walking down the "bad part of town", getting, ASSAULTED and or MURDERED by the police. This IS, a problem, that the police think, that they can get physical with those whom they think are guilty, making this society, that much more, dangerous to live in.
