The punishment NOWHERE F-I-T the crimes, especially when there's this, 100-percent CHANCE of the repeated abuse of substances and his own, families, LENIENCY for the, DRUG ABUSERS here, by the DDP government, no WONDER this island's now, overflow with the drug trafficking, smuggling and everything that's, awful…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
Lee lives with his parents, wife and child, but got addicted to the illegal substances, after he'd abused the substances, he'd become violent, and abused his families, the families reported him, the police had found the illegal substances in Lee's possessions multiple times, the families asked for a severe sentence for him, the Taipei District Court sentenced Lee to a year and a month in prison, this can be appealed.
The judge, Song wrote on the verdict, a very plainly stated reason for Lee committing the crimes, "only wanted to get high, thinking of only himself", he'd disregarded how he was breaking the laws of the country, and was caught three times with the illegal substances in his possessions, took the substances home, disregarded that his underage children may also, model after his substance abuse, that they might mistakenly ingest, that his actions were, malicious.
On August 14th last year, Lee took home the crystal ball made from amphetamine, the amphetamine crystals to his home in Xinyi District, Taipei, his wife saw him camped out on the floor, worried that he might catch a cold, picked up his coat to cover him, and from inside the coat, the crystal ball fell out, Lee moved the ball to on top of the shoe rack in the living room, hoping that Lee won't find it.
Two days ago, Lee came home, lost control, Lee's wife believed that he'd been abusing the substance before he came home, and called the police, the officers found the amphetamine crystal ball on the top of the shoe racks, and arrested him; and that very day, Lee's wife found the illegal substances again inside Lee's cigarette case, and hidden it from him again.
On September 7th of the same year, the police reported a domestic violence call, and as they arrived, Lee's wife handed the police a pack of amphetamine; on the evening of October 26th, Lee once again, took the illegal substances home, and beaten up his older sister in the house, Lee's wife called the cops, the cops arrived, again, and found the amphetamine in Lee's cigarette case. On the evening of November 24th, Lee's mother found her son in a daze, and called the police, the police came, and once again, found more illegal substance inside the cigarette box.
During the interrogations, Lee denied having possessed the illegal substances, claimed that he didn't know where the substances came from, the district attorneys charged him on possessions of a level-two controlled substances; during the trial, Lee claimed that he was not in possession of the illegal substances that he had an alibi, denied the charges. But the justice based off of the evidence, and found him guilty on the drug charges.
The verdict stated, that after Lee abused, his wife, his older sister, his mother, all became, victims of his substance abuse, and every member of his family all accused him of being abusive after he'd abused the substances, hoping that the courts can sentence him heavily; the justice went by the families' wishes, and empathized toward them for living in fear, with the only man who had been found abusive in the home, that they were all, living under great duress and felt threatened for their, lives.
And that, is what this LOSER gets, for PHYSICALLY assaulting and ABUSING the substances, and, because there's NO rehab program that's combined with the prison sentence that goes hand-in-hand in this country, this man, after he served his whole year and a month (and who knows, they might release him for "good behaviors"), he will, return to his old ways of abusing the substances, and assaulting his families. This still just showed, how LENIENT the laws are, toward the REPEATED offenders, how there's NO guarantees of safety, for the abusive/drug addicted, convict's, family members!
