See how these applications, are, LIGHTYEARS behind the theories? Yeah, and it's never going to, catch up too, and there will be more and more cases of children and adults getting filmed without their consent when they go to the "potty" for sure! Off of the Newspapers, translated…
The case of Creative Private Studios voyeurism cases caused widespread attention, because a surrogate instructor in the elementary schools had been involved, the parents started wondering if the schools' anti-voyeurism checks had been fully implemented or not. The Taipei city councilperson reviewed over the data and found, that there were schools with the anti-surveillance equipment that dated back to twenty, thirty years, ago, demanded that the city government should upgrade the equipment to modern.
The Department of Education of Taipei stated, that it'd already made the requests of the schools to reinforce the checks of the anti-spycam being installed, currently, seventy-percent of the school had already upgraded to the latest technologies. While in the schools of Hsinbei, there's no budgeting into the anti-voyeurism equipment, only the scheduled walk around checks.
The city councilwoman, Yo stated, that at last year's inquiries, she'd reminded the Department of Education to pay more attention to the case of the voyeurism by the "Creative Private Studios", to enforce the checks of the spycams, she'd asked for the data recently but found, that there were nineteen schools that purchased the equipment from 2011, and more than ten schools that are using the equipment from 20002.
The councilwoman questioned, that the new and innovative technologies of voyeurism is up and coming, and this time, the equipment caught by the police was hidden in the cable wires, the water bottles, the air fresheners in the restrooms, hard to discover, and, the schools of Hsinbei are still using the detectors from twenty plus years ago, would this not be, completely, outdated?
The department of Education stated, that it'd already made the requests for the schools to enforce the checks for the spycams in the schools, and because there's the innovative technologies being used by the days, close to seventy-percent of schools had upgraded the equipment for the checks.
There's no allocation of funding in this in the city of Hsinbei in the budgets, only the scheduled walkaround checks. The Department of Education of Hsinbei stated, that they'd made the demands for the schools to have the campus guards to walk around the school, once a month at least, with the location of prevalence checked more frequently. The city councilpersons believed, that the Department of Education should offer the help to assist without being asked by the individual schools.
The city councilwoman, Jiang stated, that there are many schools in the city of Hsinbei, that there's the long-term shortage in funding, and recently, they'd just, budgeted a ten million dollar N.T. increase in funding to upgrade the surveillance, and it still came up short. Jiang called out, that the central government needs to pay strict attention to the lacking in hardware of the schools, to prevent the huge gaps of the schools in the cities, and, if there's a need for increase in number of anti-voyeur devices, then, the Department of Education needs to take charge in this, to assist in whatever is needed.
And so, the problem is, lacking in number of checks, of surveillance scans of these, spycams in the schools, which is caused by the lacking in funding, and, if there's the need of funding increase, then, the tax rates are bound to get hiked, and, nobody wants that, so, what's proposed still only works in, theory, but, not so much so in, application, and, to increase the personnel, the number of campus security who will walk around to check for these spycams, that's, also quite, unrealistic.
