Like how the sex scandal thing worked, after one disclosure, the rest all came rolling out, all at, once! This is AWFUL, to think that children this young are put through hell, but hey, that's the world for ya! Off of the Newspapers, translated…
A private preschool in Wuji, Taichung had been exposed, that the first year kindergarten class had been abused, yesterday, six of the young children's parents came forth with the accusations of their young being slammed down, locked inside a dark shack, forced to eat like animals, taped at the hands and wrists, kissed on the mouth by the instructors, forced to wear the skirts or dresses, and other forms of improper treatments, some of the kids were bruised when they got home, and started exerting signs of PTSD, such as fearful of the dark, crying, and acting out violently, it'd made the parents' hearts wrenched. The Department of Education of Taichung stated, that an investigative team is already set up, that the personnel went into the preschool for the fourth time to investigate, other than reviewing the already confiscated surveillance footage, they will retrieve all the footages of the classes to clarify, and will be expanding the scales of the investigation.
The Humanistic Foundation the Taichung city councilperson and the attorneys came forth with the parents of the six young children to the press. There were parents who'd accused that the child came home and told that they were locked in the dark room, and there were bruising on the children from time to time, as the parents asked the teachers, the teachers would say that they didn't know how the children got the bruises, or that it was from the physical activities in the classroom sessions, and after reviewing the surveillance footage, it was found that the group of young children had been physically abused.

Another parents cried and told, that she saw the footage and found, that the caretakers picked up the children then slammed them down, the children's limbs looked like they were going to get separated from the torsos, then the caretakers slammed the children hard back into the chairs.
The parents also made the accusations, of how young girls didn't dare wear the skirts or dresses, worried that they might get punished, that the boys in the heat of the summer, insisted on getting dressed in long slacks to school, because it wouldn't hurt as much when they get beaten; the kids had their hands tied up, and can only eat like animals, slouched down.
The councilperson, Chang told, that the young girl's parents because there were bruising on her on July 26th, on the 27th, they'd found from the surveillance, that the nursery school instructor slammed a young boy around, and the young boy had bumped into his daughter who was picking up a chair to put it elsewhere, because the school refused to produce the complete surveillance footage to the parents for review, the parents called 1999 and reported it to the police, on the 29th, the Department of Education received the papers of the calls, on the thirtieth, it'd issued a statement via press, stressed that they will examine the cases thoroughly, the parent who'd called it in reminded the Department of Education to expand the investigation, to give the truths back to the parents.
The office manager of Humanistic Foundation, Tseng said, that the city government should offer the resources of psychological counseling to the children and the parents, the six young children who were placed out of the preschool had nowhere else to go, that the Department of Education should help place them in another nursery school, demanded the enforcement of zero physical punishment, and let the parents know the means of filing for complaints on child abuse in school.
The Department of Education reiterated that there's a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for child abuse, that if the school used corporal punishment on the young children, the department will issue the severe punishments.
This is how the applications of the ZERO corporal punishment/physical punishment only worked in THEORY, but not practically, because, there will always be these improper, impatient early childhood educators who get upset or emotional on things that may or may not be related to the classroom, and take it out on the children, and, there's no protection means to place these kids out of the improperly behaved adult instructors' classes, so the application is still, too far from the theory of child protection here. And these children they all, D-I-E, emotionally from getting physically ASSAULTED at such a young age!
