Hello Ludo Community

How are you all?  I am fully back into the swing of having my son back at school, and work feels a bit more manageable without the juggle of school camps, childcare and everything else that comes with it.

We are beginning to ramp up to our next Global DEI Conference.  This is the third one and I am so excited.  We have an awesome line up of speakers and more are being added all the time.  We are hosting an in person breakfast in the City near Bank Tube followed by online speakers.  You can read more about it below and grab yourself a ticket.

I spoke at an event recently on Heart Led Leadership and I thought it might be useful to share a few tips.  Being present from the heart is very powerful as a leader, and when we can lead with empathy and our own vulnerability, the difference it can make to our teams is game changing.  Have a read.

As we head into colder days, I am hearing the words 'sweater weather' ringing in my mind!  Are you?  I love the Summer yet there is something quite snuggly about warm fires on cold nights.  I am still in denial for now though!

Sending you all lots of good vibes,

Heart Led Leadership for Inclusion

Heart-led leadership prioritises emotional intelligence, compassion, and authenticity. It encourages leaders to connect deeply with their teams, driving trust and creating a culture where people feel valued and heard.
