How the DDP's motto is, "DELAY RESPONSE time" in EVERYTHING that it did, since the beginning of this, PANDEMIC, and, they continued to use this, methods of, dealing with everything, and now, in this, crisis of how the Chinese ships were tipped over, and the people from China, DROWNED, and the DDP government could CARE LESS about these innocent lives, because they are, CHINESE, not TAIWANESE! There's, that brand new, "subspecies" of politicians, they could, care less about whether or not their actions, or words are, reasonable, only cared if they could, get noted. And clearly, Ke is, one of the masters, but recently, an official under Tsai, rose up to the challenge, in close to fifteen days, her volume had, almost, exceeded, that of, Ke's. This person, is the chair of the Coast Guard Administration, Ocean Affair's Council, Kuan who handles the matter of the fishing boat from China, tipping over.

The way Kuan dealt with this matter, is summed up by one word, "procrastination", dragging out, making sure, that things don't get settled, immediately. No matter if the marine territory of Kinmen-Xiamen or the sea police of China had, barged across the boundaries, no matter how the coast guard here, and the Chinese sea police are at face-offs, Kuan stayed, unmoved. The negotiations had gone bust more than a dozen of times now, she seemed to, enjoy it a lot, treating these negotiation as her own, stage for, performance.
And everybody else worried, that if the small matters don't get settled right, it would worsen the relationship between Taiwan and China, damaging the safety or the marine territorial rights of Kinmen. But, Kuan could, care less about all of this, she seemed to want to, incite anger in China, so China does something, to the point, of getting U.S. to, intervene; and by this way, she may have, found a good way for her, to finally, step, down, and delegate the blames to the parties out of power, to sing in a chorus with Communist China in that, performance. And because of it, as the legislature asked her to "report on the matter of the run-in with Chinese in Kinmen", she'd, shouted out to the legislature, that she won't.
This sort of bullshitting, you have to admit, that it'd, had a sort of an, effect. To this very day, a lot had already forgotten, that the Coast Guard did NOT follow the protocols of video recording everything, forgotten how Kuan wanted to, cover up the truth, only remembered how the DDP legislators, criticized Hsia for siding with the Communist Chinese government. But, no matter how well they'd sung and danced, she'd refused, to shoulder the responsibilities would rather damage the country, and refused to, fix the problems.
The Giants battled it out with the Brothers at the Dome, 38,000 spectators watched the game in the rain and the cold of spring, everybody gets how it'd felt; had Ke not dragged the Dome out for eight whole years, then, the citizens would be, out of the rain, watching that same game right now!
And so, this is, how the DDP continued to, used the, DELAY tactics, with EVERYTHING, including the reports of the food safety, the papers of the testing for the pork with ractopamine, and how the constructions under their reign of terror, was unsafe, not to mention, how the DDP delayed accepting to purchase the BioNTech vaccines from the agent in China, because BioNTech only sells to the agents in Asai east, and, the only AGENT that's closest is the pharmaceutical company in Shanghai, and, blood is still on the DDP's hands, but, do they care, hell no, so long as they still gain control of the people's lives, the complete control of the, government…and we the people still get FUCKED (so???) up!
