How the man, feared losing the woman, because he'd lost his mother, and needed the affirmations of her staying by his side, never, abandoning him…translated…
It's, no big deal, really, I'd just, had, a little, too much for, supper, causing my stomach to, bloat. But, although it's only, bloating, it was, uncomfortable to me, so as my boyfriend and I watched the movie from his laptop on the couch, I'd, started, rubbing my, stomach, try to make myself, burp out the air.
It's only, flatulence, no big deal, at least, that was, what I'd, thought. My boyfriend wanted to do something for me, but I'd, turned him down, and he'd, begun, patting my back, and, we'd watched that movie, with the background noise of my, burping repeatedly. Suddenly, out came, a loud one, he'd suddenly, stopped, his hand stroking my back.

I felt awkward, wanted to apologize to him, but I saw that tears, were coming down his always, serious-looking, face. And suddenly, I'd come to understand, that my bloating from having too much food, reminded him of his mother who'd passed away from stomach cancer. I gave him a bear hug, patted his back, and allowed him to, sob gently into, my neck then.
"I can't, lose you, too………", he'd pulled on my shirt tightly.
"It's fine, it would be quite, hilarious if I'd died from, these, burps!", I'd felt, his tears had, soaked my shoulder wet, "it'll be okay, I'll stay with you, all the time."
So, this is, the intimate relations you had with your, boyfriend, he's gentle and tentative to your needs, took care of you, and, you were his, emotional support, someone he'd held onto dearly, after he'd lost his mother, and the two of you offered each other what the other needed, the emotional and physical support.
