Seven Seas Entertainment has announced that it has acquired the license for the critically acclaimed Box of Light manga by Seiko Erisawa–the spooky tale of a haunted convenience store.

A quiet convenience store hovers on the boundary between life and death. Its faint glow in the darkness draws people toward it, pushing them closer to the final purchase they'll ever make... and is that a monster in the magazine aisle? This beloved self-contained tale was awarded a top spot in both the Kono Manga wo Yome! and Kono Manga ga Sugoi! rankings in Japan.

Seven Seas Entertainment will publish the Box of Light manga for the first time in North America in a single volume edition. The book will be released in July 2022 for $13.99 USA / $17.99 CAN.
