Stuff that I have learned about cooking in the dunes. You can cook a deep quiche in a toaster oven that is pretty good. The electric skillet can make any one-dish dinner quickly. My family loves a hot dinner so matter how hot it is. My husband can motivate me to cook even when I don't want to by uttering the words," I get a can of cream of mushroom soup."
