How, can love truly serve, if it's not observant. How can kindness act, if not intentional. A heart distracted, misses an opportunity, for love to be profound. Fear sometimes, a lie without the breadth, to change the heart's shapely posture. Attentive love, doesn't need to be persuaded, to show what it's made of. Love's closeness, a heart paying close attention. Not for its own wants, but for someone else's need. Attentive love, affective not just subjective. Attentive love, has an audience of one, but contemplative of many. One on one, doesn't mean absence of intent. A mindful heart, leaves no one's worth twisting in the wind. It's focused, committed, driven; love's quintessence on display. Attentive love, not easily overwhelmed, with its deepest breadth, will overcome. Thoughtful, kind, caring; watchful love is vigilant, gives its heart and soul. Accommodating, not through obligation, but with deep affection. Gallantly, real love doesn't strive to be a hero, thrives because heroic love needs no reason, to be… Attentive!
