In the debates, Lai had a slip, said that Kuan was able to get selected as the president of the N.T.U., it was all because of him, "signing off on it", he felt, so proud of himself then. And, based off of the University Legislation, the public university presidents are "evaluated and approved by the Department of Education"; Lai's words, proved that he was the man, behind blocking Kuan from his rightfully getting elected as the president of N.T.U.
Hard to imagine, that the claims of "self-governing universities" from the DDP from way back, "the political party should get OUT of the university campuses"; and yet, as the DDP took power, it'd done, such shameless things. Allowing the most prestigious school of the island to be without its president for a whole year, spending three heads of department of education up, causing the higher education students and professors unsettled, does the government led by Tsai feel, quite, pleased with itself?
What was ironic, was against the Tsai government's blocking Kuan from his presidency of N.T.U., it's the party members' plagiarism scandals, and the mines never cleared up completely. From Tsai's protégé, Lin, to the second to the head of state, Cheng, Lai's favorite, Chiang of the Hakka culture department, they all, graduated out of N.T.U. National Development Graduate, with Chen, as the dean. And, including the chair of Lai's campaign headquarters, Pan, the legislator candidate, He of Hsinbei's plagiarism accusations, too many to count up. So, politics, is the quickest road to a graduate degree.

To get even for the blocking of the election of Kuan as the president of the N.T.U., what the Tsai government destroyed wasn't just the reputation of Kuan and the image of the university, it'd, destroyed the self-governing means of higher ed, destroyed the sense of justice, sense of right or wrong of the entire, society. And yet, the government of Tsai remained, SHAMELESS, still gloated; and so, that was why, Lai was able to shamelessly claim, that he had, "validated" the presidency of Kuan as the president of N.T.U.
Hadn't the members of the N.T.U. had enough? The N.T.U. had dropped in recent years, and for good reasons. To get these debts cleared, first, we should ask, how did the DDP mess with the N.T.U.!
So, this is how SHAMELESS the party members of the DDP all are, it took Kuan, who got VOTED by the students, the professors, and every other school officials into the presidency, and the DDP blocked him, and he led the N.T.U., with the supports of the students, and the professors behind him, and finally, he got into the position of the president of the school, and now, the DDP tried to take credit, for how he was able to, get voted into his position of president of the N.T.U.?
And, if this corrupt political party, meddles in the affairs of the independent elections of the universities' presidents, not to mention how it'd already, castrated OUR rights to have safe enough foods to consume (the pork with ractopamine from the U.S.? The nuclear contaminated produces from Japan?), and now it'd, IGNORED the voices of We the people on restarting Nuclear Four, and many more things, and it still boasted on how it'd done such grand job?
Yeah, if we vote for this awful political party again, then, we ALL deserve to get HANGED around our necks, until we stopped, kicking!
