Today the day went really well. Everything is done as required. I do have plan for tomorrow, I know how I am going to approach my work. Today I also realised that how people with higher authority guard us. We always tend to believe that people above us are just trying to use us and try to put pressure on us but it's not complete truth. Sometimes they might put pressure on us to complete a task but when they know that we are already having a lot of tasks then they don't give us any major task.

This was the most wonderful thing happened today. I opened my mail box and that was the first thing I read. My team leader guarding me so that I don't have to do a work. It was awesome, at the same time it made me feel more responsible towards my work. That was a great motivation to do work. It was superb and I did completed some of the task assigned.

Now let's talk about my current read "Rework". Thoughts written in this are truly worth it and I am going to re-read this book once I finished it. It is very very easy read and thoughts are superbly mind blowing. Every time I read this book I feel like: "Why didn't I think this way?". It is superb book and I really can't stop myself from talking about it. I think this was one of my best reads. After reading this book I feel like my mind is open up and I can see things with more prospective now.

Now, I am not gonna boar you more with me praising "Rework".

So today's learning: "Don't blindly judge people, give yourself time, so that you don't build any misunderstanding about them."
