The Beat had the pleasure of chatting with the creator, writer, and producer Zack Snyder, and Director & Star Matthias Schweighöfer  ("Deiter Ludwig") of the new Netflix movie in the newly created Snyder Army-verse, Army of Thieves! Based on the characters created in Army of the Dead, this is the first spin-off in the series and the origin story of how Deiter became Deiter and his fascination with safecracking.
