Olwethu Leshabane posted: " The then-deputy president Cyril Ramaphosa in an Address to the National Assembly praised Dr Ncumisa Jilata for being the youngest Neurosurgeon in Africa. Dr Jilata is currently one of five black women neurosurgeons in the country at the moment. "
