My oldest, my 15-year-old, the one who made me a mom and showed me that I was capable of loving someone so deeply, had broken my heart. I believe it was always unintentional, although in the moments I was never so rational as to believe so. Around age 13, she became dismissive of me. She became passive when it came to me and therefore it seemed nothing I did or said really affected her. I no longer mattered and although she never was so disrespectful as to say it, her actions certainly spoke loud enough. | | | I reached my forties and found myself as a stay-at-home mom with four children. | | | I also feel like I have no control, personally or professionally, and this makes me stressed and depressed. | | | | “I am so glad I did not have a kid at 30,” Kruger shared. “I think I would have absolutely resented it for all the things that you have to give up.” | | | And while kids are much more likely to go with the flow when it comes to delays and such, they do tend to get bored very easily — and we all know how that ends up. | | | "I'm so broke after the holidays. There's always something that costs a lot of money." | | Subscribe to our YouTube channel for new Scary Mommy videos every week! | | View this email in your browser
