What if is a small phrase with powerful meaning. It can be used in both a positive and negative tone and meaning. Lots of people, especially parents are "whatifers". You may ask, what is a "whatifer" coach? I would tell you that my definition is the thought process of what may or may not happen when we take an action in our lives. To determine the what if, we must first be willing to go for it and see what happens. Some examples of what if are below and how they can be used in a positive or negative way. I write this because I was thinking about what if today and how it changes the way we trust, act, believe, work, play and maintain life.

What if I lost 50 pounds? What if I gained 50 pounds?

What if I buy a car? What if I drive a clunker?

What if I exercise more? What if I do not exercise more?

What if I pray more? What if I do not pray more?

What if I actually am a good person? What if I am a scumbag?

I could go on and on about the what if's of life so I leave you with the question. Are you willing to face the consequences both positive or negative based on your what if? Are you willing to step up, step out, go for life and see what if happens?

What if you accomplish your dreams. What if you live your best life. What if you do the impossible. What if, go for it and see what happens.
