It's about more than decluttering.
| | Yes, I Throw Away My Kid's Art | | I'm sure you know them well: the stacks of paper that somehow accumulate around the house from weekend coloring sessions and art class at school. Kids produce so much art, and while there are some treasures, so much of it is — let's get real — very bad. Today Denaye Barahona explains why she throws almost all of it out, and she doesn't even hide it: "That's right. I openly throw away most of my kid's artwork. Sometimes I even use it to fuel the bonfire for our weekend s'more festivities. #meanestmomever?"
She explains that it's about more than just decluttering — there's a lesson involved. Free yourself from the pressure to hide scribble drawings under the coffee grounds!

Bluntly, is immunity 'use it, or lose it?'" Here's what she found. | |
