WoMo Newsletter: Friday 24th June 2022

WoMo Newsletter: Friday 24th June 2022

Hey WoMos

I hope you have all been having a good week.  I went to a lovely drinks event last night for Female Founders, and remembered how awesome it is when women truly support women.  A good reminder on why WoMo exists and why this platform is a zone for women to feel safe and supported.

We are in the middle of introducing the parent company name to WoMo: Ludo. Ludo is the umbrella name for the collection of modules we are adding to our tech to be able to educate, support and guide companies on how to engage and retain female talent.  The content inside our tech will be available to all employees allowing them to gain access to information and insights into how to support themselves and others at work.  Our first module (as you well know!) was WoMo and our next module will be launched in October, Ludo Menopause.  We then have Ludo Fertility, Paternity and Health in the roadmap for 2023.

We want to invite you to be part of our investor family if you would like to help us on the journey to transforming the way women are supported in the workplace.  Our tech for inclusion is to engage and retain female talent better, improve the workplace experience for women, drive a culture of wellbeing and inclusion and work to close the gender pay gap.  You can read more about getting involved here.

In thenewsletter today, we have the lovely Lyndsay Mason join us in the 'Meet the WoMos' section and Affordable tutoring platform Swotties host a guest blog post about how you can make the most of home tutoring sessions for your children.

Please remember to introduce us to your employer.  We want to have a chat with your Head of HR or Diversity & Inclusion lead on how to retain female talent.

Have a great week!
