I started a new job and I'm loving it. Yesterday I was asked would I decorate the Christmas tree .
I know so many people love that job but for me it's a living nightmare. I am not one bit artistic and I know my limitations and decorating isn't one of them.
I took my time and decorated the tree, I was feeling so proud of my work ....UNTIL... The boss man came up to me and said " could you not do a better job at that" it's funny because I thought it was my best work.
My reply was " NO I can't, art isn't for me ...I can work 3 jobs in one day, while attending college, I can run a successful business BUT I can't do that" he laughed and agreed with me.
The lesson to be learned in this is we all have talents and gifts I know what mine are, I also don't mind going out of my comfort zone and trying/ doing something I'm not good at.
That is the finished product when I showed the picture to my mother ( she has the artistic gene) my beautiful tree she laughed and said it's too much tinsel. Regardless of public opinion I'm happy with the result
