The clocks fall back this weekend, and you know what that means: short days and long, dark nights. It doesn't affect everybody, but Seasonal Affective Disorder is serious. Katie Bingham-Smith knows all about getting through this time of year, as she's a Mainer: "We all struggle with the seasonal blues. I experienced it as a child, and I had no idea what it was. I had less energy and couldn't socialize as much as usual because I got so moody." 

Yup, sounds familiar. So today she's sharing some of her best tips for coping, as well as how she helps her own kids get through it. Check it out.
