My Teen Just Got His Driver's Permit, And Wow, People Drive Like Jerks   Katie Bingham-Smith and her son are currently chipping away at the number of hours he needs to rack up before he can upgrade from a learner's permit to a regular license. And it's an eye-opening experience regarding everybody else on the road: "Yesterday, we were stopped at a red light. As soon as the arrow turned green, my son asked if he had the right of way. No sooner had I finished telling him that it was safe and a green light meant he had the right-of-way than a car behind him laid on their horn." And so she's got a plea for all the drivers out there.
