Every single day I am waking up early and I do feel sleepy after I wake up. I do some activities after waking up and there are times when I just read 2 or 3 pages and get back to sleep.
The best way to wake up early is to make sure that you sleep early. I am waking up early but I am going to bed late. Because of this, my sleep is not getting complete and I end up feeling sleepy and sometimes falling asleep after waking up.
I am not even getting 6 hours sleep, I am getting sleep of around 5 hours and 45 minutes. But this is the thing I am looking to improve slowly. Although I had decided to wake up at 5 A.M. by the end of this month but I am shifting that challenge to going to bed at 11 P.M.
I feel this is a better approach. If I can go to bed at 11 then it will be much easier for me wake up early and it will also help me complete my sleep. If the sleep is complete then I won't feel sleepy when I wake up in the morning.
So today's learning: "Sleep early to wake up early."
