This past week, one of my foodbank coworkers gave me this book. I have been reading a lot and journaling this week because I haven't been able to sleep. Aa a Catholic woman who adored the Blessed mother as a little girl. This little imaginative book brings back that girlhood wonder of faith. There is a discussion about the miracle of Fatima and the miracle of Carmel. A few lines stayed with me. "Pray like a Carmelite. Pray until prayer becomes love, and love becomes prayer."
