A lot of times we swallow our anger and disappointment. Because we've been taught they're "bad" emotions and aren't socially acceptable. But the truth is, all emotions are valid and valuable. The trick isn't in avoiding them but rather in embracing them, feeling them, and expressing them in a productive way. Anger, hurt, fear, and disappointment are actually really powerful ways to get clarity and step into that watch-me energy that helps you to do big things.
