The day went well. I was able to complete some tasks and I didn't do anything related to my goal today.
I am just gathering my courage to do the needful. There is a lot of hesitation and fear and anxiety around my goal. That's why to calm myself a bit I am going for a small break, so that I can see things from a distance and then try to make some sense.
Whenever I am in chaos I choose to zoom out a bit and then analyse the situation to get a more clear understanding of what I am doing and its progress and remind myself of my purpose.
When I go for a break I forget everything that I am doing and enjoy it as much as possible. So when I come back I don't have any idea about what I was doing, only the main purpose remains. This thing forces me to replan things and then I do them with more clarity and do gain a lot of perspective about it.
For me taking a break and travelling to some place works the best to get more out of myself. And most importantly it takes me out of my house. Because of work from home, I don't really go out in the sun or don't do any outdoor exercise. So travelling also helps me to get out of my house and enjoy nature.
So today's learning: "Breaks are the most essential part of productivity."
