This Week's To Do's In the Kitchen Freeze roast chicken pieces in roast dishes Cook two freezer meals In the Sewing Room I spent a bit of time in the studio today sorting out where I was at... turns out I am further along with a few projects than I expected - bonus! Kitchen SAL - I have 4 more blocks to do... and none cut out, so I will concentrate on cutting the two from Farmgirl Vintage 2 this week and put them in the plastic pockets, ready to sew next week.... (Oh, just noticed that Farm Girl Vintage 2 is on sale with 30% off at the Fat Quarter Shop! If you haven't got it already, it's a fun one, so grab it while its on sale!) Heartfelt - this is the one that I've made the least progress, because I ran out of fabric... I have since bought a small fat quarter bundle of the Beautiful Day Fabric so hopefully I'll have enough to finish it. I pulled out the tin where I've got the Kitchen SAL and Heartfelt blocks... And worked out that I have only done the first two sets of blocks for heartfelt: So now I know where I am at, I will see if I can cut out for the #3 blocks. Beautiful Day Mystery - apparently I have only one more set of blocks to make for this one and I already have them cut out! Yay! So I will try to work on them this week too......... Pink Churndash - got 9 more blocks to do. I've set all the bits in order next to my sewing machine to chain sew and will get them sewn up first this week: Barn Dance - I'm going to ignore this one this week 1 hour of Chicken Salad applique - I would really like to start doing this but probably won't get time... let's see And I would love to start on the Calico Garden Quilt - I'm behind already!! Again, let's see... In the Home Work on Week 5 Organize Your Home tasks IN THE GARDEN Set up automatic chicken drink thingo Blog & Biz Prepare Winter Sal Week 5 Organize Your Home Week 6 Post new Bom!!!! Work on Accuquilt Project Work on Blog Hop Project As usual, way too much on my list, but I should get some of it done. It helps me to just get it all written down and out of my head...
