Chaplain Message
Ephesians 3 Verses 16 to 19: "That according to the riches of His glory, He may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith--that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God".
How Often do we restrict, or limit God because of our understanding, or lack of it. God loves us more than we can comprehend. He gives us the world, and himself, to demonstrate how much He loves us. Our Limited understanding and our circumstances effect the depth of our love
It is easy to love those who are close to us, or those who love us and are good to us. But how do you fair with loving the unlovely? those who challenge your values and morals, who have nothing in common, and may even hate you?
Well, God tells us in Matthew 5 Verse 44: "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who persecute you.' after all God did. Matthew 5 Verse 6: For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly." Verse 8: "But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
Dear Lord, thank you for your amazing love for us. Please help us to love as you want us to. Thank you for the gifts and talents you have bestowed upon us. we are your creation, so please help us to love each other with the love You demonstrate.
God Bless You All
Chaplain Ron
