Voluntary Action Sheffield is recruiting an Employment and Education Adviser to work on the New Beginnings project (https://www.vas.org.uk/the-new-beginnings-project-2/)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £25,740 per annum: (pro rata)
Contract: Full time
Hours: 35
Key duties:
- Support and prepare refugees to access employment, education, volunteering and social activities necessary to enable them to get work in line with their goals and integrate in their local community.
- Support organisations to positively employ refugees
- Develop partnerships with individual employers and training providers
- Funding until 31st December 2023
