Good morning friends we woke up to I herd4 inches of snow ! I was snowing when I was going Last night!!
I made my own low sodium Chinese food!!! I'm gonna show you how I did it ! Omgsh it was just like ordering out !!!!!
Recipe.
1,). To cook the chicken bite size I cut it up and put oil in the chicken an just learned that extra olive is so good for you !
2) wash your hands and chicken very good
3). If you don't have corn starch flour works very well I looked it up on line. Luckily I had flour !!
4) I used 4 chicken breast they were small lol it made us have left overs two times ! For todays meal s
5 ) grab a bowl and flour. Recipe says one egg that I saw but no eggs worked just fine. !
Made sure it was all Cook' !
6) I pooped my sauce and one can of pineapple chinch's leave the juice in the skillet while chicken cooking.
7). Make brown rice . Separate !! I added chives on my plate !!
