I have made a commitment to myself that I have been honoring... being an empath who feels energy and is highly sensitive, when I shower at night I am able to wash the energy of the day off, after my shower I do not consume social media. I've begun honoring that with my mornings, go inwards first, into my journal, meditate, stretch and fully trust within, before any form of other people's energies. When I honor me, my soul feels different, the peace comes from within. Excited to ground more this evening in this beautiful weather, in full trust. Leaning in
