Even when I'm so down I can not say, I know He hears me when I pray. - In time when the darkness comes It is to the safety of His arms I run. Comfort I find in His loving embrace, As He gives me strength to run the race. - Yes, I am Glad; so very Glad indeed; That in Jesus Christ I've been freed. That old devil my point out my every sin But I can say that Christ has forgiven them. - I know that daily I will stumble and fall; But I know my Lord is there through it all. My home is not in this world here below; But it is heaven, for Jesus told me so. - Yes, I am Glad; so very Glad indeed; That my Savior is all I'll ever need.
