Date: 4th March 2023
My period came on the 24th of February. The cramps finally made sense when I looked at the blood stained underwear as I was getting ready to bathe. I shouted excitedly to Kevin that we no longer needed the pregnancy test, my period came. I had an explanation for my cramps: my period came, which meant I was ovulating, which meant I could get pregnant.
The Myo and D-Chiro Inosotil works!
Saturday morning I opened my laptop excited and ready to write my follow-up blog post to my last update and something told me to wait a little. I published my reintroduction blog post and went on my way. I decided I'd post when my period is finished and I was in the middle of my second month of this journey.
But here we are nine days later with me still bleeding and my body showing no signs of letting it ease up. I continued the Myo and D-Chiro Inosotil when I started my period and I stopped it when I realized day 6 of my period arrived and the flow was still heavy. I keep telling myself not to panic: I have not had a period in seven months, my body probably is going haywire trying to figure out what to do.
And all I could think is why is my body betraying me. Why can't I just be like everyone else?
I'm not sure how long the bleeding will last. In the past I've bled for up to three weeks before I sought medical intervention. The result of those doctors usually meant I went on the pill to stop my period. Because of those experiences I'm waiting to see if my period will stop on its own first before I check my doctor.
