The DWP Disability Services Advocacy is holding a Personal Independence Payment session on requesting a Change of Circumstance (CoC review) on Wednesday 16 August. The session is being held for external stakeholders and is suitable for anybody working with clients who may require support or understanding of this topic.
The session will take place on Teams and will run from 10am-11:30am.
The session will cover the CoC review customer journey, how to be prepared, what to consider and good evidence to provide to ensure the case manager can make a robust decision. The session will also cover the health warning which is provided to all customers when a CoC is requested and the impact that a CoC can have on passported benefits. At the end of the session there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
