This <left> popped into my inbox three days ago. It's from Wise bank informing me of a great opportunity, but managing only to provide further evidence of just how patronising, mealy-mouthed and mendacious all banking institutions are.
---------------------------------------
This is how it goes.....
"We've heard what you said about withdrawal limits, so we want to make it simpler for you.
As from August 9th, there'll only be two limits, not five".
Hurray!
"And the ATM limits remain the same".
Hurr....hang on a minute, that's what needs to be higher and cheaper....
"But now a spending limit will apply, so you can do your own budgeting with less need to contact us"
But I don't have a spending limit, and anyway that's simply the consequence of your withdrawal limit, so...
"The limit will apply to all contactless magnetic phone online and 'phone wallet' [also via phone credits]
That's four limits. You've merely lumped five spending methods into one, and called it two not five...
"Your own personally designed just for you limit is €30,000 per month...
But at the moment, I don't have a limit, and if I stay solvent, what's it got to do with you...?
"This way you can take control of everything yourself."
You're not listening, are you? You're putting in more controls, and telling people they now have more ways to control their budget. You're avin' a larf, int ya? The real message of this nosey-parker BS is as follows: 'We're going to dictate (1) how much of your own money you can have each month and (2) it's all going to go through your Smartphone, so get a Smartphone or get fornicated, cappiche?'
And by the way, you didn't ask me anything about ATM controls, so take the soft soap at the start of this power grab, and blow it out of your little back door.
[SILENCE]
A week last Tuesday, a small business start-up in which I'm tangentially involved (as a financier - the risk to me is minimal) required me to send around six thousand euros to a named customer account at his bank here. The bank concerned took the money, but refused to put it in the customer's account. The compliance chaps at the top said it didn't smell right.
Until, that is, the subject of me opening a foreign currency account there came up. But the idea didn't come from my side of the table. No sirree....it came from the Pharisees up there in the ethical compliance department.
Ethical compliance, but with just a dash of blackmail.
Some of you will perhaps remember the post I ran recently about the plight of N'Day....not her real name, but a genuinely decent Gambian woman who ploughs through the horrendously high-wall waves of naked neoliberal, corrupt bureaucracy-strangled African capitalism six days a week as a cleaning lady.
In the piece, I contrasted N'Day's awful existence (and awesome ability to remain cheerful in that prison camp) with the fat, grasping lifestyle of top Standard Chartered Wallahs who had this to say about their ''rationale'' for quitting The Gambia:
"….commencing a strategic move to fully exit some African markets including the Gambia to enable redirection of resources to markets with larger growth potential. We would have been happy to continue here if the economy was large enough to meet our growth aspirations. We are exiting because the Bank has aligned its strategy to focus on bigger markets. We would have been happy to continue here if the economy was large enough to meet our growth aspirations."
Standard Chartered's attitude is hopelessly upside down. It reflects the mentality of a bon viveur glutton who wants to gorge on adult Turkey and leave the next generation of chicks to starve to death.
The bank's attitude to what has been for many years its African hub sets the scene, in the context of the three examples I've covered above, for the second half of this essay. For today's Slogpost is really about the obvious unfitness of banks to promote the central aim of capitalism: to spread wealth and encourage libertarian work-ethic democracy through entrepreneurial business ideas.....the proceeds from which raise taxes for the most important raw material of all: an educated and voyager-instinct open-minded populace.
We face a real and present dystopian threat to the very survival of Homo sapiens because financialised services and crazy minority focus have enabled the rise and rise of those who are monopolistic ideologues talking bilge about settled science - as apposed to empirical realists ready and willing to compete.
I've written this a thousand or more times over the last 45 years, but it bears repeating: kill the voyager gene, and you kill benign science.
I wouldn't say that bankers have lost the plot. I would say that until around the late 1980s, the Anglophone US/UK governments had taught the Fed Reserve and Bank of England how to behave. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was elected President in November 1932, to the first of four terms. By March there were 13,000,000 unemployed, and almost every bank was closed. FDR called a meeting of all the top bankers within 30 days of being elected and, with astonishing bluntness, read them a 16 point memo to take away that said ''This is how it's going to be''. They all meekly obeyed. In 1946 after World War II, UK Labour Prime Mister Clement Attlee nationalised the Bank of England and received the fury of the Tory Opposition for his pains, but a patriotic reaction from the BoE directors: they knew Britain was broke. Everyone pulled together. (The German banking system did the same, adopting long-term risky loans to business that had, by 1955, produced the so-called German economic miracle).
Things began to get out of kilter when Ronnie and Maggie gave a carte blanche to their respective Bourses to deregulate financial services, and Big Bang happened - during which it wasn't just banks who lost their marbles: it was credit card loopie-loos who seemed keen to prove that waving plastic cards at retailers was enough to prove that they too could be Gordon Gecko (US version) or Del Boy (UK sitcom).
This was the period that the First generation of banking spivs began to get delusions of grandeur, 5% deposits on Maseratis, and the everlasting astral boom that came with Big Bang. They were soon to get their come-uppance for Greed is Good, but the lesson wasn't learned.
POTUS Dubya Bush was asked after the 2008 dust-up what had happened, and he shrugged with commendable frankness by remarking, ''Yeh, you're right, Wall Street got drunk''. But prior to that, Slick Willy Clinton's Third Way had allowed the bankers in general and the Fed Reserve in particular to believe that whatever they wanted, this time a Democratic Party White House would bow to the Boursists – rather than telling them to go FADuck in the 1933 FDR style.
On the other side of the Pond, the Left in the shape of Tony Blair's New Labour 'Third Way' positively encouraged the stealthy privatisation of the BoE, reversing the patriotic action of Clem Attlee 55 years earlier.. thus giving the first sign that Teflon Tony was indeed a committed New World Order groupie keen to see mandatory ID cards and severely centralised World Government. In 2008, first black POTUS Uncle Tombama got elected and proved to be every liberal censor's dream President....especially when, in his Second Term, O'Bummer got Silicon Valley God and turned into the neo version of liberal.
Around an exotic dinner-table shot at the time were the techie billionaires all raising their glasses at a meal organised by the First Black White House President.
So these most upper of all upper classes in history, deliberately or unconsciously, brought three absolutely central human needs together:
- I want to be rich
- I want to be healthy
- I want to be safe.
And there, in a nutshell, you have the formula upon which 7 out of 8 humans have been manipulated in order to accept the correlation between their desires and a false reality.....
- Banking based on failsafe technocracy must be in charge
- Medical science is the only profession that can save me from disease
- We must take action against Global boiling and deadly extra-terrestrials.
Tragically, Smartphones, MSM lie output driven by tentacular share ownership and education systems based on autonomic compliance have solidified these false perceptions. And even more distressing, the sense of invented constant emergency has relegated the values of privacy, free speech, liberty of thought and direct democracy to ''Yes I'm sure that's all very important, but don't you know there's a war on?''
Since when was banking reliable and trustworthy? Since when was Big Pharma about good health rather than dubious assertion? How have electorates become so pussy that a 3.7 trillion to 1 chance of malign Alien invasion is taken seriously?
So we see how the process of increasing power in three enormous ''complexes'' – hitech banking, medical pseudo-advance and climate change emergencyism – eventually had them saying to themselves
''We are bigger than the State, because we alone can digitalise money, kill or cure everyone of everything that threatens their wellbeing, and make the planet long-term climate-safe. Planetary problems need planetary solutions, and individual States lack our genius and foresight. Our job is no longer that of baling the World out. What we need to do is run the world.''
But the real problem gathered speed and influence when each of the complexes started saying such things (a) to each other and (b) began moving in military and surveillance circles.
That's when really smart online observers began to notice that the Covid 19 ''vaccination'' programme was being run by the military under their interest in bioweapons; that elections were being abused by hitech in the early hours; that collected medical DNA data was under the control of medical tech and the CIA; that tech-based digital banking would be using telecom Smartphones as the money-wallet while having to give exact location as the quid pro quo for getting money, or being entertained by Smart content....to which most were already addicted; and that most notably, a caper was under way in the Ukraine involving military aid to arm Zelenskyy's cease-fire abusers (2014 onwards), biomedical research into Russian DNA was being bankrolled by the Pentagon, the CIA were briefing the EUNATO MSM to press hard on the 'Putin is mad' and 'Russia cannot win' pedals, the WHO's disease manipulation programme in West Africa was under a degree of US military control, and the entire enrichment of those around Zelenskyy was being run as a massive laundering cooperation between the Fed Reserve, the CIA, NATO and Brussels.
In 1959, outgoing President Eisenhower warned JFK of the growing threat from ''the military-industrial complex''. By 2018, the dayglo rainbow of monetary, hitech, Pharma, media, climate hoaxers, surveillance tech and digital banking had surpassed Ike's nightmare to a point way beyond just the power of genocide: those running the show now displayed a clear intention to commit sapienocide and create The New World Order. In 2020 came SarsCov2, followed by the most deadly mRNA vaccine in the history of medicine. 25,000 dead in Australia, 250,000 dead in the UK, 892,491 total excess deaths in the US.
But still the media hacks write ''I wonder what it is?'' drivel.
What we've arrived at now is one simple guiding principle for the Dayglo Depopulators:
FOR EVERYTHING, AN EXPLANATION
Time Out for a brief lighter side. It is highly relevant - and actually a true story.
When the ad agency CDP moved to Euston Road in the late Seventies, if the main road traffic was static, there was a back way in through the Council Estate at the rear of the building, but to take the short cut in a car was strictly forbidden.
A chum of mine at the time was late for work and risked the shortcut. He was stopped by a police constable who motioned my colleague to wind down his window.
''Are you aware this is forbidden as a motorised short cut sir?'' he asked.
''Yes'' my chum answered.
''Can you explain therefore why you are 'ere?'' the Bobby demanded.
'Well,'' said my mate, ''my wife is eight and a half months pregnant and her waters just broke so I'm taking the short cut to University College Hospital''.
The cop looked back at the car's rear seats.
''Sir, you are alone in this vehicle''.
''Look,'' said my chum, ''You asked for an explanation, not the Truth''.
Today, he could try:
I need an emergency jab to immunise me against Sudden Death Syndrome
I'm being chased by little purple men armed with nuclear weapons
Climate change has caused a Tsunami Wave in Islington
I'm saving electricity to save the Planet
Unexplained deaths due to CO2 fumes on the Euston Road are out of control
''So what else is new?'' I hear you ask
For my money, I think the watershed has finally been reached. After eighteen years, I'm all blogged out: We just aren't doing anywhere near enough to move beyond compliance, observation and (frankly) sofa-bound anger into harsh complaint and organised action mode. It is 2.3 minutes to midnight, and Beelzebub is riding roughshod with his three fellow Horsemen of the Apocalypse all over our restrained and civilised bleats of ''this is totally unacceptable''.
You can't appeal against the ideas of these monsters based on ethics: they think Ethics is a British county described by a guy with a lisp.
What you have to do is scare the blue blithering bejesus out of these megalonarcissist psychopaths by concerted and unyielding Resistance.
I found myself intrigued, for example, by the reaction to Coutts (acting in its totalitarian Kommissar role) behaving exactly as it now expects to as quasi government by chucking out Nigel Farage who (after all) is the enemy in their eyes.
The intriguing part for me is that, as a political celebrity with useful media contacts, Farage turned a non-event into a firing squad for the silly woman who didn't apologise enough. Good for him.
Because if nothing else, the Anglophone world is obsessed with celebrity. They used brainless celebs to sell deadly vaccines: what's to stop US from using smart celebs to put the overwhelming case for not going anywhere near any more PHE, CDC or Pfizer bioweapons?
But we cannot just leave it at that.
Please believe me: since 2007 I've been through Nurses' wages, fraud against Waspi Women's State Pension rights, Cease-fire abuses in Ukraine*, Spook interference in Tory leader elections, blatant attempts to drag Britain back into HMS Eutanic, Quadrophonic lies about Covid and vaccines, Judicial refusal to look again at the flagrant fixing of the 2020 POTUS election, Jan 6th ''insurrection'' BS and now, surreal denial of ''vaccine''deaths referred to earlier in this post.
<*Only the diplomatic experience of Amy Boone enabled my recognition of this>
We lost every battle. The George Osbornes, Andrew Baileys, Jerome Powells, Jamie Dimons and the rest of the filth won all twelve rounds.
I'll be honest with you: I am a very bad loser, and I am sick to death of losing.
What's really required now is an ultimatum: across at the very least the English-speaking world, we need to make some demands...and if nobody heeds them, well – they take the consequences.
The consequences probably should include:
*A tax strike: any more amoral campaigns to encourage Covid et al vaccines , no taxes for HMG
*A bank deposits strike: any more moves towards money digitalisation, no more deposits for bankers
*A mass withdrawal: removing all liquid cash from your bank account in favour of buying long-date foodstuffs as a hedge against the inflation being inflicted already upon us by bankster raw food controls.
I have not the slightest doubt that all these and other valid Resistance actions will be smeared as looney and destructive – which I have to accept as the response that comes under the heading of ''Well, you would say that''. I ask only: what's worse – your grandchildren sold into paedophilic slavery, or the healthy continuation of a Human Race – with all its faults – that is in democratic charge of its future as a compassionate and adventurous species?
