Waterfront Insular Hotel launched Kadayawan Festival welcoming Davao's exciting festival this month of August at Cafe Uno Restaurant with a Fiesta-themed buffet for P1,288 per person. Starting from salads, appetizers, sumptuous signature dishes to mouthwatering desserts that can definitely bring you back to Davao's unique culture when it comes to Filipino culinary delights. This will be for all Fridays and Sundays of the month.
Cafe Uno's Dabawenyo Fiest-themed buffet highlights a Kadayawan section that shows a special array of selections starting from salads and appetizers like Waterfront Pomelo Salad, Native Salad, and Sinuglaw. Their signature dishes Tiyula Itum, Chicken Piyanggang, Shrimp Piaparan, and Sayur Langka are placed in traditional pots called palayok. The main highlights of the buffet are: Calderetang Kambing, Native Chicken Adobo sa Gata, Fish Piyalam and Pork Humba Dabawenyo. The sinful desserts that you should not missed are: Durian cheesecake, Ube and Langka Mousse, Durian Pie, Coconut Panna Cotta, Malagos Chocolate Cake, Palitaw, Bibingka with salted egg, Sapin-sapin, ginataang mais and Bilo-bilo.
When you want to have a hearty and fulfilling merienda available from Mondays to Thursdays, Waterfront offers their kakainin delicacies and a lot more for P480 per person.
