A room was already reserved and arranged for us so it went smooth and fast. We were warmly welcomed by the fromt desk staff , Mr. Alfan, who accomodated us with a warm smile during our check-in and made it a seamless process. Grateful for the Welcome drinks prepared for us before heading up to our room. We were all excited to go up to our room and spend it together as a family. My daughter and I have the same birth month but her birthday falls on Sept. 10 which is earlier than mine but we celebrated it together in Acacia Hotel Davao with my family. I was truly very touched by the surprise of simple gesture because when we entered our room at the fourth floor level , we were delighted to see balloon decorations with a greeting that says "Happy birthday" (super makahappy) together with a chocolate cake. What makes it the best room was, it is the only one directly accessible to the swimming pool area which my girls became excited about. Upon knowing this, we all expected that our stay will be as memorable and fun as ever. Thank you Acacia Hotel most especially to Ma'am Agot Serrano and Mr. Jerce Luy.
