My tomato plants are bent on world dominion through overproduction. I have canned all of the spaghetti sauce, masala sauce, roasted tomato sauce and plain old boiled-down tomato sauce that I can reasonably hope to use in the next year (or two)... and at this point, I am giving them away. The most recent bounty was taken off my hands by a student, and lemme tell ya, I was very, very glad to see them go out the door, because we are now in the murky mires of homeschooling and I Have No Time.
They really are very beautiful. And yummy.
And so, so prolific.
