| Arla Oct 14 | I found this recipe in an old farm journal cookbook the other day when I had a few ugly apples to use up. And have been playing with it since, with variations. In the first place, it's supposed to be a cake. But when I use gluten free flour, muffins turn out fabulously muffin-y. And none of those silly little paper liners for me. Parchment and butter papers hold more batter and look more hyggelig. I was actually trying to get just the right angle on some fall foliage outside through the window, when this picture happened. So I kept it. We live in the funniest, cozy cottage ever and sometimes it shows up. | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
