It is clear that Brittany had a dysfunctional family system. The writing is what you would expect from a person who is emotionally stunted. I found parts distasteful, however, it is the author's truth to tell. It is sad that she has been under legal controls for the past 13 years, let's face there was been male entertainers who have acted out far worse and were allowed to control all aspects of their lives.
