Our current tenant flat out lied about her dogs. I now require a picture of the dog. I also do not accept written references, I call each reference. We have decided to rent the back apartment again over the barn. It is the best use of the property. Turbo Tenant has the tenant pay 55 dollars to run the background check, credit check, verifies their income, references, and this makes my job easier.
