| Homemaking in the Dunes Dec 23 | Last night, we had lentil meatball subs. Tonight, I repurposed the rolls into garlic bread, and made a spaghetti squash bake. You will need 2 large spaghetti squash cooked and shredded 1 large green pepper 2 carrots 1 onion 2 zucchini shredded. Shredded cheese 12 meatballs or lentil meatballs 4 cups of pasta sauce Heat the oven to 350 I sauted the carrots, onions, green papper and zucchini. I heated the lentil meatballs and sauce in this mixture. I lined the 9 by 12 baking dish with about a cup of sauce. I spread the spaghetti squash over the sauceand topped it with the remaining sauce and meatballs. I spread cheese over the top. I baked it for 30 minutes.
