Nintex has made a string of acquisitions over the past few years, including Kryon in February 2022; AssureSign in June 2021; K2 Software in October 2020; and EnableSoft in March 2019. Skuid helps more than 600 companies design, build and deploy business applications that bring together data and workflows across organizations. Private equity giant TPG Capital bought a majority stake in Nintex in 2021. Amit Mathradas, a longtime tech leader and former Avalara president, joined Nintex as CEO in March.
