 | Christina @ Our Wood Home January 30 | Hey friends, today I'm sharing my video tutorial for canning fresh pineapple at home. Earlier this month I found whole pineapples on sale at my local grocery store. They were $2 Canadian, regularly $6 or more. Pineapples don't grow here so they have to be imported, which is why they are expensive. I was so excited to see such a good price, so I bought 10 pineapples! Honestly, I wish I bought more! Pineapple is very easy to can using either a steam canner or water bath canner. Check out my video below for detailed instructions.
