Happy birthday to our childhood friend/neighbor Mickay Basuil and her dad, Uncle Jess who are both an inspiration to many. They are both blessed and lucky to have each other. All I wish for you both is to have good health, long life and more fruitful years to come.
Mickay Basuil and I grew up in same neighborhood in Mapa Street. Although, she is older than me, we still treat each other as friends up to this day. I used to play with her cousin who is now happily married to my college friend. So it is a small world after all.
I knew Mickay since I was a child and whenever we see each other we greet and have a small chit chat. She is smart and talkative once you get to know her.
One thing I admire about her is her love for her family especially with her dad. That reminded me of my dad too whom I missed so much. I am very close to my dad just like her and I can understand their relationship.
Mickay invited us to celebrate her birthday with her dad and we said yes right away because we would also like to be part of her special day. It was a simple yet beautiful venue located in Maa. It was my first time to go there and I instantly liked the place especially that it was decorated elegantly. The food was also delicious especially the desserts.
I am so happy to see the birthday celebrant, Mickay, who was jolly and having fun with her friends and officemates. We had a marvelous time dancing, singing, participating in the various games and meeting our old neighbors and friends who are also close to the celebrants heart.
Most of all, we truly appreciate that wonderful friendship we had with her through the years
Thank you Mickay and I wish you well and the best of everything because you deserve it. Again, Happy birthday to you and Uncle Jess.
