| Homemaking in the Dunes Jan 11 | Last night, I made a turkey soup with homemade egg noodles. Everrytime, I made a turkey, I immediately make broth. I strain it so it is clear. I find turkey broth to be a bit overbearing in taste. So, I thinned it with vegetable broth cubes I store in the freezer. Last night, I made egg noodles from All recipes. I served the meal with bread I made the day before. I served a salad loaded with dried fruits, cheese, nuts and seeds along with tomatoes and cucumbers. I made an apple and kiwi "flower" The beverage is gingerale. I made ginger ale fromfresh ginger, it has quite a bit.
