| Homemaking in the Dunes Jan 3 | We are back to going to Sam's Club. One thing was the price of the membership. I signed up for the 25 dollar membership. I used this link samsclub.official-coupons.com. There is a 50 % coupon off a basic membership. I believe in buying what we need. The membership has already paid for itself. We needed two batteries for the truck, If we had gotten them done the road 300 a piece. We got two for just over 300. They were 155 a piece. We ended up purchasing: dog food vitamins collagen powder protein powder Spaghetti cheese cheese beans grains flours sugar flax seeds chia seeds coconut chocolate chips cocoa spices honey aguave syrup Kinder Korean BBQ Sauce Mr Clean erasers Snacks for kids Eggs Vegetables Fruit Salmon Cod Haddock Shrimp tortillas frozen fruits and vegetables At the end of this haul, we had spent 800 dollars(this includes the batteries) Warehouse shopping is tricky. I am very particular about what I purchase. People tend to buy overprocessed food and a lot of it. I focused on whole foods. The kids and the husband flock to the snack aisles. We are buying eggs for a while until our flock is replaced. We lost 100 chickens overnight. A neighbor's dog killed our chickens last night. We have it on camera. I contacted the neighbor and they are going to pay the cost of our children. Our property is gated. I have a henhouse so that they are not open game at night. | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
