| Homemaking in the Dunes Jan 11 | We are again struggling with the farmhouse. I spent the morning trying to get vendors in to deal with a septic issue. We had a long homeschooling school day. I ended up not doing to the planned dinner. It was a crazy day we have all had. I have simply been running behind all day, yet, at the end of day, I will have everything as right as rain. I ended up making crustless quiche with a salad, homecanned peaches, and toast for dinner. This is exactly why having a stocked pantry and freezer is a time saver. Usually, I have homemade freezer meals, however, those have been ebing eaten fro kid lunches and road trips. I need to spend an afternoon making about 10 make ahead dinners for the freezer. I didn't make it into the gym until 4:30. I worked out until 6. I was still fielding calls from our tenant and vendors. At last every thing is done on my list. | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
